ContentSERP.in provides:
- AI-powered content generation based on SERP analysis
- SEO-optimized article creation using GPT-4 and Claude AI
- Keyword research and content optimization tools
- Credit-based access to premium features
- API access for developers (select plans)
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be a business or individual authorized to use AI content tools
Businesses must comply with Indian company law and tax regulations.
4. User Accounts
Registration
- You must create an account to use our Service
- One account per user/business
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Account Security
- Keep your password confidential
- Do not share account credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse our Service or AI models
- Remain inactive for more than 24 months
5. Credits and Pricing
Credit System
- Services are accessed using credits purchased through our platform
- 1 credit = 1 AI-generated content piece (varies by feature)
- Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion
Pricing
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices include applicable GST (18%)
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice
- Current users will be grandfathered for 90 days after price changes
Payment Terms
- Payments processed via Razorpay (secure payment gateway)
- We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking
- All sales are final (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
- Failed payments will result in service suspension
6. Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use ContentSERP.in for:
- Creating original blog posts and articles
- SEO content optimization
- Business and marketing content
- Educational and informational purposes
Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Generate content for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Create plagiarized, misleading, or deceptive content
- Use our Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our technology
- Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
- Abuse, overload, or hack our systems
- Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
- Create defamatory, obscene, or hateful content
- Use automated bots without authorization
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of input data (keywords, prompts)
- You own the AI-generated content created through our Service
- You grant us a limited license to process your inputs for service delivery
Our Content
- ContentSERP.in platform, design, code, and technology are our property
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
AI-Generated Content
- Content is generated by AI and may not be unique
- We do not guarantee originality or copyright ownership
- You are responsible for verifying content before publication
- We recommend plagiarism checks before use
8. Content Disclaimer
No Guarantees
- AI-generated content is provided “as is”
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or quality
- Content may contain errors, biases, or factual inaccuracies
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing content
SEO and Rankings
- We do not guarantee Google rankings or SEO success
- SERP analysis is based on current data and may change
- Results depend on your implementation and competition
9. API Access
Terms for Developers
- API keys are non-transferable
- Rate limits apply (varies by plan)
- Abuse may result in API suspension
- API access may be modified or discontinued
10. Data Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ContentSERP.in, you consent to data collection and processing as described.
11. Service Availability
Uptime
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions
Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
- Update our AI models and technology
- Change credit costs or service limits
- We will provide notice when feasible
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, not to exceed ₹10,000.
13. Indemnification

14. Termination
By You
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- Unused credits will be forfeited
- No refunds for voluntary cancellation
By Us
We may terminate for:
- Violation of Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Abuse or misuse
Effect of Termination
- Immediate loss of access
- Forfeiture of unused credits
- Data deletion after 90 days
15. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Disputes will be resolved in courts of Malda, West Bengal, India.
Arbitration
Before litigation, disputes should be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
16. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ContentSERP.in.
Severability
If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment
You may not transfer your account. We may assign our rights.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics).

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
