At ContentSERP.in, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our refund terms for credit purchases.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You purchased credits within the last 7 days
  • You have used 0 credits (no content generated)
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • No previous refunds have been issued to your account

Partial Refund (8-14 Days)

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • You purchased within 8-14 days
  • You used less than 10% of purchased credits
  • Technical issues prevented service use
  • Approved on a case-by-case basis

No Refund After 14 Days

  • Purchases older than 14 days are non-refundable
  • Unused credits remain available for future use
  • Credits do not expire

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Credits already used to generate content
  • Voluntary account cancellation after using credits
  • Change of mind after content generation
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (content is subjective)
  • Third-party payment processing fees (Razorpay charges)
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in termination
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase

Step 2: Review Process

  • We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • Additional information may be requested
  • Approval is at our discretion

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 days

Step 4: Account Status

  • Account access suspended upon refund approval
  • Used credits (if any) deducted from refund amount
  • Account may be permanently closed

Refund Amount Calculation

Formula:

textRefund Amount = (Total Paid) - (Credits Used × Per-Credit Price) - (Processing Fee*)

Processing Fee: ₹50 or 5% of purchase amount, whichever is lower

Example:

  • Purchased: Professional Pack (200 credits) for ₹2,499
  • Used: 15 credits
  • Per-credit price: ₹2,499 ÷ 200 = ₹12.50
  • Credits used value: 15 × ₹12.50 = ₹187.50
  • Processing fee: ₹50
  • Refund: ₹2,499 – ₹187.50 – ₹50 = ₹2,261.50

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing service use:

  • Report immediately to [email protected]
  • We will investigate and resolve or issue refund
  • Extended refund window may apply

Service Downtime

  • If downtime exceeds 24 consecutive hours, eligible users receive credit compensation
  • Downtime does not automatically qualify for refunds

Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge is unauthorized:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide transaction details
  • We will investigate and issue refund if confirmed

Indian Tax and GST

  • Refunds include GST amount paid
  • GST credit adjustment is your responsibility
  • We issue a credit note for accounting purposes

Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you disagree:

  1. Email [email protected] with your case
  2. We will escalate to management review
  3. Final decision made within 15 business days
  4. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration (see Terms of Service)

Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this policy with notice. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
